Gen Z is being educated by technology, recruited by technology, accessed through technology and fired by technology. The Gen Z feels secured in a controlled virtual reality environment than facing the other people’s emotions.
Online world gives an impression that everything can be sold and bought as a price. Everything is a commodity. Everyone is a consumer & everyone can be influenced.
The Gen Z have to manage Boomers (Grandparents), and Gen X (Parents)and Gen Y (elder siblings). Each of these generations has a different relationship with the digital world.
