2 .Employee Wellness :

 Organization which has a good physical and mental wellness programme attracts the new gen. They prefer organizations which focus on employee’s wellness and runs programme on managing their mental & physical well ness.

3. Culture : 

The Gen Z is keen to know the culture of the organization . They would love to see if the culture aligns with their culture before they take the call.

4. Hybrid model :

Most of the Gen Z look for hybrid model or WFH options as they feel it gives flexibility for them . They inform the researchers that it gives the most wanted work life balance for them.

5. Compensation :

The Gen Z love their jobs and they want themselves to be compensated well based on their skills & competency. They want to ensure that they have been paid on what they deserve and never compromise if they are underpaid.

6. Stability : 

The Gen Z look at the stability of the organization before they take a decision to join. They see the market information and financial results of the organization ahead of their salary and benefits. 

Though it looks the Gen Z are choosy, the contributions made by this generation are amazing and keep the organization young and vibe…
